Advice on Which Instructor Seat to Take

There are lots of Pro players teaming up with either other pro players or experenced acedemy players as instructors. These seats would be better filled by actual acedemy players that could get use out of being teamed up with a more experinced player. Here's some advice for Pro player who want to act as instructors:

1. Check the person you'd be teaming up with. If he has Kool Tools, forget it. Check his profile. If he's an instructor in this game, don't do it.

2. If he really is an acedemy player, but is experienced, i.e. he is doing other games as well, then he will take less use out of instructors than complete newbies. Only team up with them if their team-mate has not logged in for ten days or more.
Check WR and how close he is to becoming pro, if he only needs one more win, pole, fastest lap or podium, he may not want an instructor team-mate, but he may want a reliable team-mate, who can help him get to pro by providing set-ups and small bits of advice.

3. The players that will get most use out of an instructor team-mate are newbies early on in their game. Look for these, they are more likely to be in GP 2007 than BTCC.

4. Always look carefully into who you'll be teaming up with, there may be something that shows that they don't need an instructor. Be sure before you take the seat, there is nothing worse than an instructor who isn't required.
