How to be a good teammate

Before we go into this, lets talk about 2 things...

1. What teammates do in real motorsport
2. Examine yourself first

1. What teammates do (or should do) in real motorsports.
In Formula One, teammates always help the other member in the team. Setups are traded, information of Tyre Choice, Compunds, Fuel Loads, right down to how much front wing theu are running. All this is used to make the team better as a constructor, and giving the team the best possible oppertunity of the championship. This can be used in Batracer to.

2. Examine yourself first.
Ask yourself, are you doing the best I can? Do I do my runs straight after I see the previous race result, or do I leave it till the last minute? Do I ever talk to my teammates? Do I give them my setups, or do I just leave it, and let them Load it and find out. There are many more, and as a person, we should really try to help other people in the game.

So lets see the 7 things needed to be a good teammate!

#1
When you join a season always say hi when you join a team or when you start a team welcome your team mate(s)
some always wish the team mate good luck in team talk,
and wish everyone good luck for the season in driver chat.

#2
Do your setup as soon as possible, do NOT wait untill the last minute/hour or when your team mate has done it, this will also help you not to forget to do it.
#2B
When you check your race result do your setup then.
#2C
When you just joined a game do your settings inmeditialy and do your setup too, this will forcome the fact that you have not got a proper game setting when the game advances/starts

#3
Always post your setup in team talk, this is handy when you have weather changes etc, and it is nice for your team mate who might or might not have kooltools, and he can easely see that you did your part.

#4
When your season is not going that well, still keep doing your setup else it could cause frustration towards your team mate who might still be doing his best.

#5
Always be a freindly person, doing your hardest to help the team. Be encouraging, and leave them a comment at the end of the season on their profile, this shows you have taken the time to do it, and you will probably get a good comment too.

Good Luck

Jon
