Big groups of BATracers battle for the no.1 spot just like your championships. Some clans specialise in giving help to new players, as well as helping some senior players as well. Here is some quick info about clans: Joining a Clan: If you wish to join a clan, send a PM to the clan leader for an invite. Some clans may not accept you due to ranking or country, but there is always a clan for you! Clan Chat: This is like a mini-forum. This is where only your clan members can discuss things like advice, motorsport discussion, private games etc. Clan Battle.....Clan vs Clan!: This is where your clan fights to try and take the #1 spot. Normally clan battles are worked out by the winner of each team (e.g. Player A scores 56pts while Player B scores 78pts, Player B is the winner of that team). Please Note: Your clan battles may work differently, ask your clan leader or the private game owner for a brief guide to the game's rules. Clan Training: More common with Academy clans, these games usually have easy-to-learn carsets (e.g. Academy carsets, such as GP 2008) with a rookie teamed up with an experienced player. This works like instructor games, where the rookie player learns a lot in that particular carset. Clan Games: This is like a competition, where your clan members battle it out to become best of the clan! Any clan member can join. Clan Rankings: This is worked out by the average number of WR points obtained by the 10 highest ranked players in your clan. Inactive players should not affect the clan ranking unless one of those 10 is inactive! Clan Home: The latest clan news about new members, leaving members, new games joined or completed championships. If you need any more help regarding clans you can always ask on the BATracer Forum.
