If it is high, I would start at 76 or 84. If it is low, I would start at 16 or 24. After doing each run, if a value needs to be changed, increase/decrease it by 8 each time until the gap is 8. After that, increase/decrease it by 4 and 2 then you will be spot on. You can also increase/decrease by 10 each time and then when the gap is narrower i.e. 10 half it so put the value halfway in between e.g lo 56 hi 66, the gap is 10 so i would half it which would be 5 so i would put my value at 61.
