Driving Style, Race Strategy

*This document has been updated* The numbers are a bit different.

People has asked help about the 'Driving Style' and 'Race Strategy' section sliders. I will try my best to help guys! If you want to win races or challenge for the championship, then this document should help about 20% of your skills if you are a midfielder.

Okay, first - Driving Style

Use of Tyres (Now I'm a person who always options for a one stopper strategy. To achieve that I put 'use of tyres' low on the slider)

One stoppers

Two stoppers

Mechanical Sympathy (If you play GP 2009 and use KERS, well it's going to be different)

GP 2009(KERS)

Normal

Pit Stop Speed vs Mistakes (The speed is not a disadvantage even if you put the slider 30-. Do not put the sliders to 60+. There is 75% chance you can make a mistake! I have managed to be the fastest person in time in and out of the pits about 20 times )

Race Start
50-70

Now, it's the 'Race Strategy'
People have made mistakes using hard slick at the start for a long stint(one stop) then rejoining the race still on hards. That's because they have enabled to use hards during the race at flat 0. If you were on a one stopper don't enable hards, instead softs and start the race on hards. Okay, some people recommend the harder tyre is better. It doesn't matter. Everybody has a different winning strategy.
For inters or wets,

Inters
36

Wets
60

If you are on the wrong tyre put the sliders to 0-10. That will ensure you will pit in 1-3 laps.
If you seriously want to battle you teammate and risk colliding and retiring, don't enable the box.

For 'Target Track Position' either put 'always push' if you are a top player or P1 for midfielders.

In 'Main Rival' it can be tough to pick in the first few races, since it can up or down, but you need to study drivers. Wait till the first five races, study their practice, qualifying and race results and you should know who is the quickest. Their world ranking is useless, since if they are 100th, it doesn't mean they are good at every series. They may dominant at one particular series but to be bad at others.

For the safety cars or reschedule pitstops put the slider to around 5-7. If you are a three stopper or higher, safety cars can a huge disadvantage, since you need time to pit or pull away from drivers. Put it 7-9, it won't hurt. *This isn't 100% true, sometimes I regretting doing this strategy!*

That's all for now, but remember, I'm am not a fully expert!
