Click Garage -> Car Setup and you should find each of the sliders are on 50 (Wings, ARB, Ride Height, Tyre Pressure, Gears and Brake Bias on GP 2012). Put your experimentation slider onto 72-80 and then click test. Move any increase 8 up (58, 66, 74, 82, 90, 98) and decrease 8 down (42, 34, 26, 18, 10, 2) if the gap between the estimation update is 8 (eg. 66-74) put it 4 up or down (so you would have 70). Then if it says increase go 2 up (72) or if it says decrease go 2 down (68). Then if you would of had 72-74 the spot-on would be 73 or if you had 68-70 the spot-on would be 69.
