Private game editing and modifiers and stuff

Good afternoon. Today I'm going to teach you the tips to messing around with private game parameters, so your game is as annoying to people as possible :D

WITHOUT KOOL TOOLS YOU CAN ONLY DO THE FOLLOWING:
-Change how many hours it takes for the game to progress (24, 36, 48 or 72)
-Enable/disable retirements

KOOL TOOLS ADDS:
1. MODIFIERS
-amount of accidents in qualifying (0.1 = extremely rare to 4.0 = a crapton)

-start problems (0.1 = next to none across the season to 3.0 = only control freak can save you now)

-mayhem starts (0.1 = basically disabled to 3.0 = every start is a shitfest)

-yellow flags (0.1 = you get a yellow flag every 4th race pretty much to 4.0 = yellow flag if you fart)

-mechanical problems (0.1 = car is invincible to 4.0 = car falls apart if a fly lands on it)

-driver errors (0.1 = you can be reckless as you wish, you won't crash to 3.0 = everybody is Maldonado)

-pit stop problems (0.1 = basically everybody has Charisma to 5.0 = enjoy your 250 second pitstop)

-overtaking chance (0.1 = basically none after lap 2 to 4.0 = more than in Indy 500)

-collisions (0.1 = everybody is careful to 4.0 = enjoy your crash)

2. UPGRADES
Basically, every team starts at 0.00. The bigger number you put, the faster the car gets - pretty much takes it a second less to complete a lap.
Example: 2013 """TEAM WALES""", all 50 setup, fresh tyres, 70 risk, clean lap.
0.00 = 1.23.025
1.00 = 1.22.103
2.00 = 1.21.028
3.00 = 1.19.877
4.00 = 1.19.075
Of course, these times aren't perfect and can vary, but it's a good example of what changing the number does.
